Mrs. Evelia Sorrato is a FACT bilingual resource coordinator at BCES. She brings resources together from the local community to assist families. All children and their families are eligible to receive services which are provided free of charge. Some examples include food, rent assistance, utilities, clothes, tutoring, dental, medical, and vision services.
